Is there a way to customize my box for food allergies/dietary restrictions?
Unfortunately, we do not offer customization at this time.
Can I just buy one box to try or do I need to commit to a monthly subscription?
We do have a month to month option if you would not like to commit to 3 months or 12 months up front. You can also cancel or skip a box anytime!
When is the deadline to skip a box?
You can always skip a box anytime before the renewal date! Check your profile to find out when that date is for you.
When will I receive my box?
Your Taste Box ships via Canada Post in the 2nd week of the month, with the exception of holidays. Depending on where you live, you can expect your box to arrive within 5-7 business days.
What will be in my box?
We ensure that each box includes 3-5 premium ingredients as well as corresponding recipes. Our boxes are curated based on a different theme each month and the ingredients are not made public before shipping (we like to surprise our customers!)
